This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the rules for using Tvwill’s subscription service. It applies to every customer and forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. Purpose
We provide a personal streaming subscription for individual, non-commercial use. This policy exists to keep the service reliable, secure and fair for everyone, and to make clear that you are responsible for using it lawfully.
2. Permitted use
- Personal, private viewing on the number of simultaneous devices included in your plan.
- Using official, supported apps or players to access the service.
- Contacting our support team for setup help or account issues.
3. Prohibited activities
- Sharing, reselling, sub-licensing or publishing your login credentials to anyone outside your own household.
- Exceeding the simultaneous device/connection limit of your plan.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, disrupt or overload our servers or website.
- Using the service for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that infringes the rights of others.
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse trial offers, discounts or the money-back guarantee.
4. Your responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with the laws of the country in which you access it. We do not host or store the streamed content ourselves and expect all customers to use the service responsibly and lawfully.
5. Consequences of breach
Breaching this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund, at our discretion, particularly for credential sharing, reselling access, or abuse of our systems.
