These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Tvwill and the IPTV subscriptions we sell. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to purchase a subscription from us.
3. The service
We provide access to a paid IPTV streaming subscription, delivered digitally via login credentials and a compatible app or player. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the service, and the content you choose to access through it, complies with the laws applicable in your country of residence. We do not host, store or distribute any copyrighted content ourselves.
4. Accounts & login credentials
Your login credentials are personal to you and tied to the plan you purchased, which specifies a maximum number of simultaneous device connections. Sharing, reselling or publishing your credentials, or exceeding your plan’s device limit, is a breach of these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy, and may result in suspension or termination without refund.
5. Orders, pricing & payment
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are payable in full at the time of order. Each plan is a one-time payment for a fixed access period (for example, 1, 3, 6 or 12 months) — subscriptions do not automatically renew or recur unless we clearly state otherwise at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change our prices for future orders at any time.
6. Activation & delivery
As this is a digital service, there is no physical shipping. Login details and setup instructions are typically delivered by email shortly after payment is confirmed. Delivery times can occasionally vary; contact support if you have not received your details within a reasonable time.
7. Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online order for a full refund. Because this service is a digital product that is activated immediately on request, by asking us to activate your subscription before the 14-day period ends you acknowledge that you lose this statutory right to cancel once activation has begun, in accordance with Regulation 37. This does not affect the separate money-back guarantee described in our Refund Policy.
8. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being misused.
9. Service availability
We work to keep the service available and reliable, targeting the uptime levels described on our website. However, streaming services can be affected by factors outside our control (your internet connection, device compatibility, third-party outages), and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
10. Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos and content on our website belong to Tvwill or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
12. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, without prejudice to any other rights we may have. Where an account is terminated for a breach, no refund will be due for any remaining access period.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
